Craig C. Babineaux - CPA/PFS, CFP^®

A partner in Darnall, Sikes, Gardes & Frederick, Craig has over 30 years of experience in all areas of taxation and business consulting, with a special emphasis in retirement plan design. Having proficiency in all types of qualified retirement plans, including Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) and 401(k) plans, many of Acadiana's top businesses rely on Craig for the design and implementation of their benefits packages.

Craig, a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner, assists the firm's clients with financial planning and investing needs. Evidence of his commitment to help provide clients with the highest level of financial planning services, Craig earned the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) credential.  He is recognized by the AICPA as one of an elite group of CPAs nationwide having extensive professional experience in financial planning.  He is a registered representative with 1st Global Capital Corporation.^* 

A practicing Certified Public Accountant for more than a quarter of a century, Craig is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, the ESOP Association, the American Society of Pension Actuaries and the Financial Planning Association.

Craig graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now University of Louisiana at Lafayette) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is past president of the Lafayette Kiwanis Club, a Leadership Lafayette graduate and an active member of the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce.
