John P. Armato - CPA/PFS

John serves as the partner in charge of the Morgan City branch and sits on the firm’s Information Technology Committee and Tax Committee.  In serving his clients, John takes a proactive approach toward achieving their goals while addressing all aspects of their financial health.  He places emphasis on tax planning and compliance for both corporations and individuals.  Many governmental and not-for-profit clients also rely on John for the services they require.

By achieving the NASD Series 7 and NASAA Series 66 licenses, Armato is also a licensed financial advisor and assists the firm's clients with their financial and investing needs.  He is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Committee and is a registered representative with 1st Global Capital Corporation.^* 

John is a life-long resident of Patterson, Louisiana.  In 1992, he graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and started his career with Darnall, Sikes & Frederick.  He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1993.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants.

Outside of the firm, John serves on the boards of the Kiwanis Club of East St. Mary and St. Joseph Catholic Church of Patterson.  He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Morgan City.
