The firm is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants. The firm is licensed in the State of Louisiana for the practice of public accounting, meets all the requirements imposed by state and local law, rules, and regulations, and has a record of performing audit work in conformity with generally accepted auditing standards. This is evidenced by the fact that the firm successfully underwent a quality control review in 2007, conducted in conformity with standards for peer reviews.
